SECTION 1

Acceptance of Terms and Platform Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sj410 platform available at sj410.net, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our separately published Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and refrain from registering or making any transactions. Continued use following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The sj410 platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are doing so of your own free will, without any form of coercion.

SECTION 2

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on sj410. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any existing balances. You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

A full legal name, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address are required to complete registration. The name registered must match the name on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals — any mismatch may result in transaction delays or rejections.

You are solely responsible for keeping your sj410 account password confidential. We recommend using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account unless you have promptly reported any unauthorised access to us.

SECTION 3

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Users of the sj410 platform agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using our services. Using the platform for any unlawful purpose — including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform — is strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using automation software, bots, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform without authorisation.
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing anyone else to use your account.
  • Taking any action that places an unreasonable burden on the platform's infrastructure.
  • Exploiting any technical bugs or system vulnerabilities — any bugs discovered must be reported to sj410 customer support immediately.
  • Using a false identity or another person's personal information without their consent.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action.

SECTION 4

Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in MYR

All financial transactions on the sj410 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Supported payment methods include FPX bank transfers via major Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and RHB, as well as local e-wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet and Boost.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are clearly displayed in the wallet section of your account. All successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for each payment method. sj410 is not liable for delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment service provider.

Withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet will only be processed when the recipient account name matches the name registered on your sj410 account. This is a mandatory security measure to prevent fraud and ensure funds reach the right person. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement will be rejected, and you will need to resubmit with the correct information.

Sj410 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits or in circumstances that raise concern. This process is part of our compliance procedures and is not intended to inconvenience legitimate users.

SECTION 5

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Sj410 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions at all times. To the extent permitted under Malaysian law, sj410 shall not be liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Account Suspension and Closure

Sj410 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts for the following reasons: fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms of use, a request by the user themselves, or instructions from the relevant authorities. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, the account balance may be frozen in accordance with the applicable investigation procedures. Users whose accounts have been suspended for other valid reasons may contact customer support for further information and to initiate an appeal.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the sj410 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of sj410 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content without written permission. The sj410 platform may contain links or references to third-party services; sj410 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.

SECTION 6

Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Right to Amend Terms

Sj410 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time due to operational needs, regulatory changes, or service improvements. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate updates. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through negotiation and, where necessary, through the relevant courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users agree to be bound by Malaysian law for all matters relating to the use of the sj410 platform.
